Returns & Delivery

Most items on our website are ready made and are sent within 1-4 working days. If an item is 'made to order' or on 'pre-order' this will be clearly stated in the description along with the dispatch time. 

All orders under £100 are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class (No tracking included)

All orders over £100 are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Tracking included)

 

We accept returns/exchanges made within 14 days of the purchase. To receive a refund or exchange the item(s) must be returned in brand new condition. Any item(s) that have been worn, damaged or washed cannot be returned. 

Reusable face wipes cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Personalised items can not be returned.
